It comes fully equipped with a double-door fridge, oven, dishwasher, paella pan, coffee maker, and complete cookware. The wide doors make bringing dishes outside effortless, avoiding the typical bottlenecks of smaller holiday homes.

If you want to explore further, you are just a short drive from stunning mountain peaks, natural river sources, and premier mountain biking parks. You get to experience the authentic Spanish countryside, yet you are under an hour away from Alicante airport and the Mediterranean coast.

Just a short drive away you will find medieval castles, the modernist architecture of Alcoy, and Bocairent—a stunning village carved into the rock, known as one of Spain's most beautiful towns. How many people can sleep in the villa?
The villa comfortably accommodates groups of up to 10 guests, featuring 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and real beds. With a spacious game room, a large veranda, and a generous garden, there is plenty of room for everyone to relax without feeling crowded.
Will we share the pool or the grounds with other guests?
No. The villa and its 1,600 m² estate are booked entirely for your group. The property is fully fenced, meaning no outsiders will use the pool or walk through the gardens. Please note the outdoor pool is unheated, making it perfect for the warmer months.
Can we cook for the whole group at once?
Yes. The large wood-fired BBQ is set up for big paellas and hearty roasts. Inside, the kitchen—equipped with an oven, dishwasher, and large cookware—opens directly onto the veranda, where a massive dining table easily fits your entire group.
Are pets allowed, and is it a safe environment for kids and dogs?
Yes, pets are welcome. The perimeter of the estate is completely fenced. Once the main gate is closed, dogs can run freely and children have plenty of safe space to play while you relax on the veranda.
Do we need to drive to explore nature?
No. The villa sits right on the edge of a natural park. You can step out the front gate and immediately start hiking or cycling along nature trails. You can safely leave your car keys in a drawer until it’s time to head home.
What hiking routes and activities are nearby?
Within a 20-minute drive, you can reach impressive mountain peaks, scenic mill routes, and natural river springs. Additionally, just meters from the house, the local sports center offers padel, tennis, and football courts.
Is there a mountain bike park nearby?
Yes. The renowned La Fenasosa Bike Park is just 10 minutes from the villa. It’s an ideal basecamp for cycling groups, who can also explore the surrounding natural park trails directly from our front door. We recommend checking schedules and booking directly with the bike park.
What historic towns can we visit nearby?
The villa is located in Banyeres de Mariola, featuring its own medieval castle. A short drive away, Alcoy awaits with its modernist architecture, and you can also visit Bocairent, widely recognized as one of Spain’s most beautiful historic villages. The local gastronomy perfectly blends Mediterranean flavors with hearty mountain cuisine.
Do you have an EV charging station?
Yes. You can park your vehicles securely inside the estate and make use of our free electric vehicle charger, powered by our own solar panel installation.
Are parties or events allowed at the villa?
No. The villa is designed for peaceful countryside getaways, so parties and events are strictly prohibited. However, you are more than welcome to enjoy long, relaxed group meals and quiet evenings on the veranda and in the garden.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in starts at 17:00 (5:00 PM), and check-out is by 12:00 (12:00 PM).
